MY HOURLY CHARGES USUALLY RANGE FROM £3.00 HOUR

Fees per day/week are individual calculated depending on hours needed

I will be offering a home cooked main meal with all full time places of 7 hours per day or more - if less then 7 hours a small charge may apply

I ask all parents to pay the Childminding fees in advance, Monday morning if weekly or the 1st of each month if monthly.

Direct debit payments or Cheque are preferred way of paying. Childcare vouchers are welcome please let me know so that I can then register with them.

Once a place has been allocated, the place can only be guaranteed upon sign contracts with payment of a retainer fee. If parent wishes place to be kept open.

FREE EARLY EDUCATION PLACE

All three and four year olds in England are entitled to a free early education place for up to two years before they reach statutory school age (the beginning of the school term immediately following your child's fifth birthday).

Free education for your child:

If your child qualifies for free education, this means they will be guaranteed free

15 hours a week for 38 weeks a year.

You can choose a free part-time early education place from a range of registered settings including ACCREDITED CHILDMINDER

Written confirmation of charges and fees will be provided upon request. All payments will be recorded and receipts are always given.

If payment is not received as agreed per contract within two weeks, the child will not be cared for until payment is received. If it becomes a repeated problem, it is grounds for termination of the contract.

If cheques are returned, you will be required to pay all fees that I incur.

Childcare will be stopped until full payment of fees (and bank charges) have been made in CASH. Cash payments will only be accepted from that point onwards.

All contracted hours require payment whether your child attends or not.

Late Payment & Arrears

If arrears of fees occur, I reserve the right to withdraw the child's place until the fees are paid up to date and there will be a late payment charge of £5.00 per day including weekends until ALL outstanding fees are paid.

Retainer Fee

If I have a vacancy available but you do not require it straight away a retainer fee will be charged. A retainer fee is charged if a place is being reserved for your child preventing me from offering the place to another child.

I take two weeks deposit from parents who intend to take up a place for their child at the time of signing the contracts, especially if the care is not to start straight away.

This deposit is refunded by being deducted from the first month of minding after adjustments have been made (later pick ups, early drop in etc) If the space is not taken, the deposit will not be refunded.

School Drop Off's, Collections & Emergency Contact

If I drop and collect a child from preschool and I’m the emergency contact for the contracted time, I cannot take another child within those hours, therefore will charge for those hours used.
